Superfood Smoothie

Smoothies are one of the easiest way of packing your body with amazing nutrients. Enjoy for breakfast, meal replacement or as a boost when doing weight training.

Ingredients

(All Organic When Possible):


  • 1 cup of (fresh or frozen) wild blueberries

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ small avocado

  • 1 cup of spinach (or your preferred green) 

  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds

  • 2-3 walnuts

  • 1 cup of almond milk (you can also use 1 cup of water if out of milk and add 1 tablespoon of almond butter or your preferred milk.)

  • 3 cubes of ice

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein power (I use Centenarius, certified grass-fed whey protein — Use code Ludi10 for 10% discount at checkout)

  • 1 tbsp. of Mct oil

  • 1 scoop or tbsp. of maca 

  • 1 scoop or tbsp. of Lion’s mane (I use Kos) add link

  • 1 scoop of spirulina (optional if cannot deal with taste)



Cooking Instructions

Blend all the ingredients. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add some water.

 

Also, feel free to add 2-3 spoons of Greek yogurt if you're out of avocado to thicken your smoothie. 


If you would like to enjoy your smoothie sweeter, add 1-2 dates.
