Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt

I love making this breakfast when I know I’m going to have busy mornings, it’s perfect on the go too. It’s not your typical instant oats, this breakfast is filled with protein and fibers. It’s good up to 3 days in the fridge.

Ingredients

(All Organic When Possible):


  • 1/3 cup plan Greek yogurt or Coconut yogurt (make sure there is no sugars added to the yogurt)

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon of chia

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 small banana, smashed

  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

  • 1 scoop of unflavored grass-fed protein power

  • pinch of salt 

Cooking Instructions

Start adding the liquids to a jar, mix the banana and solids last until mixed well. Put in the fridge overnight and enjoy next day with some berries, nuts or seeds on top.
