This buttery halibut is super simple and so delicious. Feel free to pair with some veggies for an easy dinner.
Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
(All Organic When Possible):
1 cup unsalted ghee butter, softened
1 and half table spoon fresh thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Four 4-ounces wild-caught snapper fillets
8 thin lemon slices
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F
Mix together the butter, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
Place the halibut on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Rub each fillet with some of the butter mix and top each with 2 lemon slices.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until 12-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
