I started making this salad jar recipe for my days on set or simply a busy week ahead. It stays fresh for two-three days in the fridge.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of garbanzo beans
1/8 chopped black olives
¼ of hearts of palm
2/3 cup of cucumber
1/3 of radicchio
2 cups of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup of chicken
Dressing:
1 and half table spoon of olive oil
1 table spoon of fresh lemon
1tsp of salt
½ tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of oregano
Cooking Instructions
Add from the bottom to the top of the jar. First add the dressing, then garbanzo beans, olives, hearts of palm, cucumber, radicchio, lettuce and chicken. I also enjoy this dish by adding feta cheese on top.
