I'm Ludi Delfino
I’m a model, health coach, and lover of life. I was born and raised in Brazil. Growing up, I was not very healthy like most kids in the world, but it eventually caught up to me. I started having stomach issues in my late teens. Pretty much everything I ate hurt my stomach, and I always felt bloated. I was diagnosed with gastritis. I did some homeopathic treatment and got better but never really felt 100%.
A few years ago, my mom got cancer, so I tried to do my research to see what I could do to help her, so I got into food as medicine, healthy lifestyle changes, but it was a little too late for her; unfortunately, she passed away a couple of years later. But I had a wake-up call, so I started eating healthier, changing my lifestyle, meditating, etc. Still dealing with my stomach struggles and seeing what happened to mom, I decided to change my life and study and become a health coach.
I’m still working on my journey as I recently found out that all my stomach issues were coming from my gut, and I’m currently treating it. I genuinely believe in the power of mind and body connection. My goal is to better myself and help others do the same, live a happy, healthy life preventing diseases.

My Coaching Process
As a health coach, I work with my clients to create a personalized plan that fits their unique needs. We start by setting achievable goals and identifying any obstacles that may be standing in the way. From there, we work together to develop a plan that incorporates healthy eating, physical activity, and self-care practices. Throughout the coaching process, I provide support and accountability to help my clients stay on track and achieve their goals. Together, we can make small changes that will have a big impact on your overall health and well-being.
